But after two years of pouring my heart into my posts, I was still broke. No traffic, no income, and no clear direction.

I was ready to quit. I felt like I had wasted so much time and energy, and worse—I felt like a failure. But something inside me refused to give up. As we approach 2025, I want to share my personal content strategy to not only grow Boss Lady Bloggers but also serve my audience with more value than ever before. The importance of content strategy has never been clearer to me, and this year, I’m taking a multi-channel, repurposing-focused approach to maximize impact and create a seamless experience for my audience. Let’s face it: video and audio content will always continue to dominate ALL content due to low attnetion spans. People want actionable advice they can watch on their lunch break or listen to while commuting.

That’s why I’m making YouTube and podcasting central to my 2025 content strategy. My plan is to create weekly YouTube videos and podcast episodes packed with value—teaching actionable blogging strategies, sharing behind-the-scenes tips, and answering the most common questions I get from my audience of lady bloggrtd.

For me, YouTube isn’t just about visibility; it’s about building trust. Seeing my face and hearing my voice creates a deeper connection that blog posts alone can’t achieve. Podcasts, on the other hand, allow me to dive into nuanced topics and share the raw, unfiltered side of running a blogging business.

This year I am going to heavily repurpose my best content to ALL platforms. Every YouTube video and podcast episode will double as content for my blog.

I’ll turn these long-form pieces into SEO-optimized blog posts, targeting high-value keywords like content strategy for bloggers and how to grow blog traffic. This allows me to reach both visual learners who prefer video and readers who love to skim written guides.

I am always trying to think about how my students and blog coaching clients learn best. I think it’s important to also incorporate this change into my blog.

One of my biggest goals for 2025 is creating an irresistible free resource: a complete video library for bloggers. Not only will it deliver massive value, but it will also act as a lead magnet to grow my email list.

This group will be an incredible opportunity to nurture potential clients while serving my audience with even more free value. Plus, live events are a fantastic way to naturally introduce my blog coaching and services in a non-salesy way.
